How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It generally takes 2-3 business days to reach an order to your door step. 

How do I create an account?

You can easily create an account my clicking ‘My Account’ page on the top right side of the website. You can register through your email address.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in your account before your order is processed.

How do I track the status of my order?

We’ll send you a tracking code once your order is on its way.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, we’ll not keep your credit card information. Once an order is processed and marked completed, we’ll remove your credit card information for security purposes.

Do you charge sales tax?

All the prices listed on our website are inclusive of Sales tax. We don’t take any extra/hidden charges from you.

Do you ship to my country?

We do shipping to all cities in Pakistan. Our shipping is free for all orders above Rs.500.

Will my items come in one package?

Yes, all the items purchased in one order will arrive in a single package.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 7-days money back guarantee. If the item is broken, not the same as described on AnyMart, we take the full responsibility and send you a new item.

I received the wrong item

If you receive a wrong item/color/size, just contact our customer services and we’ll send you a replacement immediately.

My order arrived damaged

If an item is broken or damaged, we’ll replace it with a new item without any extra charges.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

If you are returning an item due to damage or any other reasons, we’ll guide you how to ship the package back to us.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in your account before your order is processed.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

If you’re items is not marked processed, you can cancel your order without any extra charges from the ‘My Account’ dashboard.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes, if an item is out of stock, you can inform our team to reserve a spot for your pre-order. We’ll inform you as soon as our stock is update.
